Baby Ballet - For the little princess in your toddler. Come and learn to plie, releve and twirl!
Ballet/Tap Combo Class - Ballet and tap exercises are taught to introduce important dance basics such as stretching, concentration, rhythm, coordination and discipline. The purpose of this class is to provide a strong foundation for continued dance training as well as develop a love for dance itself.
Ballet - Learn ballet technique in a strict yet supportive environment. Class starts with strengthening leg work on the floor followed by barre and center work. This class stresses correct alignment, strength, and flexibility. Taking ballet improves skills used in all dance techniques.
Tap - Learn the basics of tap in this hour long class. More advanced students learn tricks such as wings, toe stands, turns, and pull backs
Jazz - Class starts with a strengthening and stretching warm-up. At the end of each class students learn a combination set to contemporary music and perform it in groups.
Lyrical - A beautiful dance form implementing ballet, modern & jazz techniques to express lyrics of songs; flowing, graceful, emotional and inspirational. Develop strength & flexibility while acquiring solid dance technique.
Musical Theatre - If you love Broadway you'll love this class. Class starts with warm-up followed by a combination set to music from any of those famous musicals you enjoy.
Hip-Hop - Learn all the latest moves you've seen in movies and music videos. If you love moving quick, learning fast, and great music then this class is for you.
Tumbling Focus of this class is helping the children develop a sense of body awareness and learning the most important shapes and positioning that are the foundation of tumbling and gymnastics: pike, tuck, and straddle. We will introduce basic skills such as jumps, rolls, and transferring body weight from foot to foot, hand to foot, etc.
Acro
The purpose of this class is to help learn and develop the strong basic movements of acro tumbling. The class will focus on developing proper foundational skills (ie: handstands, rolls, cartwheels ) that will lead to more advanced skills when the dancer is ready for them. We will also introduce a focus on strength and flexibility that are required for more advanced skills. Working along with the skill levels of the dancers we will begin to introduce more advanced skills such as walkovers, round offs, and even flight tumbling skills such as handsprings and aerials.
Irish Step - The class begins with stretching and leg strengthening exercises. Students will then focus on the basics during down the floor. Beginners will learn the tradition Irish jig and more advanced students will learn the reel and slip jig in the soft shoe. Eventually students will begin introduced to the hard shoe.
Jumps, Turns & Leaps - This class is a technique class that is dedicating to learning, improving, and perfecting technique in jumps, kicks, turns, etc. Stretch and strengthening is also combined to improve dancers' power.
